We’re big on craft and customisation at Jean, so all our captivating rings are hand-made to order. We use the detailed measurements listed on each product page to create these pieces, however if you want to change the ring size after receiving your ring, just get in touch. Simply contact our orders team at info@jean-london.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will take care of the rest. Please note, we charge a minimum craftsmanship fee of £70 plus shipping for any requested resizing. Or if you prefer, you can visit your local jeweller for regular ring size changes.
All Jean jewellery bought through our website comes with a 1 year warranty from the exact date of purchase. Within this year, we can replace any damaged pieces as a result of a manufacturing fault. This will be free of charge.

All sales of sample, archive and 'last chance to buy' products are sold exactly as seen. This means they are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
All sample sale, archive and 'last chance to buy' orders may be subject to additional customs or import duties and taxes once they arrive at their destination. These charges are payable by the customer and not Jean.
You will be contacted by a third-party company to pay for any customs fees.
If you deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded for the order - after deducting shipping and restocking fees.
